Before you post
Use one report for one real problem. Include enough detail to reproduce it. Keep private information out of crash logs, and treat the person replying to you like a person.
Who can post
You need your own Modrinth account and must be at least 13 years old to publish reports or replies. Do not impersonate another person, evade a ban, share an account, or use someone else's account without permission.
What belongs here
Use the tracker for genuine problems, reproducible technical details, questions that help investigate a report, and respectful updates. Search before posting, keep one problem to each report, and include only the information needed to understand it.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, hate, threats, bullying, sexual solicitation, or encouragement of violence.
- Personal information, doxxing, private messages, passwords, tokens, precise locations, or information about children.
- Malware, phishing, scams, instructions intended to harm another person's device or account, or undisclosed security exploits.
- Spam, repeated advertising, ban evasion, impersonation, or deliberately false reports.
- Copyrighted material you do not have permission to share, except short excerpts that are legally permitted and genuinely needed for a report.
- Anything unlawful under applicable Norwegian law.
Your content
You keep ownership of original text you submit. By posting it, you give RobinEclipse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, display, format, copy for backups, and moderate that content only as needed to operate and improve the tracker. You can end this permission by deleting your account or requesting removal, except for limited copies temporarily retained for security, moderation, backups, or legal claims.
Moderation
RobinEclipse may edit a report's status, close replies, hide or remove content, suspend an account, or ban an account when reasonably needed to enforce these rules, protect users, comply with the law, or keep the tracker usable. Serious or repeated violations can lead to a ban without a warning. Moderation should be based on the content and behaviour, not personal disagreement.
Removal and ban reasons are recorded. If you think a decision was wrong, send a moderation appeal with the report, reply, or account involved and explain why it should be reviewed.
Report illegal or harmful content
Use the content-report form. Include the exact page address, what you believe is unlawful or harmful, and enough detail to locate it. Reports are reviewed as promptly and fairly as possible. You will receive a reply at the email address you provide.
Privacy
Reports and replies are public. Remove personal information from crash logs before posting. The privacy policy explains stored account data, retention, deletion, and your rights.
Need to report something privately? Do not put it in a public bug report. Use the contact form instead.
